Use both your waist and torso length when choosing a size. A bodysuit that is too short can pull at the shoulders and pouch; one that is too loose can bunch at the waist. The fabric should stretch smoothly across the torso without restricting your breathing or movement. If your measurements fall between sizes—especially if you have a longer torso—choose the larger size and follow the brand-specific chart.
