## Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household of Sponsor are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

## Entry Period
Begins 11/07/2025, 5 PM, EST and ends November 14, 2025, 5 PM EST. (the “Promotion Period”). Duration: 7 consecutive days.

## Winner Selection and Odds
After the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all **eligible** entries received. Winners selected as follows based on total eligible entries:
- **10 winners** if entries are **1–100**.
- **20 winners** if entries are **101–299**.
- **30 winners** if entries are **300+** (maximum winners).

Odds depend on number of eligible entries. Sponsor may verify that selected winners completed all required actions; noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

## Prizes
[Describe each prize clearly. E.g., “One (1) Pair of Justin + Simon Brand underwear] Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: **[28.00]**. No cash alternative except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non‑transferable.

## Notification
Winners will be notified by email within **[2]** business days after the drawing and must reply within **48 hours** with a valid **U.S. shipping address** and eligibility affirmation. If a winner does not respond in time, fails eligibility, or declines, Sponsor may select an alternate.

## General Conditions
Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram/X/Reddit from any claims arising out of participation or prize receipt.

## Publicity
Where lawful, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, handle, and likeness for winner announcements without further compensation.

## Governing Law
